HPS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP214, MUS81, and MIR367. Each is linked with HPS5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS5-to-partner and partner-to-HPS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP214 grouped by HPS5-low versus HPS5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
