Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPRT1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,066 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPRT1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, Obsolete positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter involved in cellular response to chemical stimulus, and Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with HPRT1P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPRT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HPRT1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process grouped by HPRT1P2-low versus HPRT1P2-high in STAD.
