HPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,622 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTM4, RND3, and RPL15. Each is linked with HPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPR-to-partner and partner-to-HPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPR versus CMTM4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
