HPGDS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,355 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPGDS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYLK, RRP1, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with HPGDS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGDS-to-partner and partner-to-HPGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS versus MYLK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
