HPGD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,087 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPGD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IQGAP2, RIPK3, and AHCYL2. Each is linked with HPGD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGD-to-partner and partner-to-HPGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPGD versus IQGAP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
