HPGD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,624 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are U2SURP, HEATR1, and LRPPRC. Each is linked with HPGD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGD-to-partner and partner-to-HPGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPGD versus U2SURP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
