HPGD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,998 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6851, SALL4P2, and CSPG4P3Y. Each is linked with HPGD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGD-to-partner and partner-to-HPGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6851 grouped by HPGD-low versus HPGD-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
