HPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,910 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGN, AOX1, and CES1. Each is linked with HPD in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPD-to-partner and partner-to-HPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPD versus RGN in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
