HPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,410 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QPRT, GTF3C4, and RBM47. Each is linked with HPD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPD-to-partner and partner-to-HPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPD versus QPRT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
