Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPD protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,956 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID2, TAF12, and TRIM28_S138. Each is linked with HPD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPD-to-partner and partner-to-HPD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPD versus ARID2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
