HPCAL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPCAL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPCAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, APBA1, and VIPR1. Each is linked with HPCAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCAL4-to-partner and partner-to-HPCAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPCAL4 versus CACNA1I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPCAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPCAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
