Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,625 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with HPCA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCA-to-partner and partner-to-HPCA results are reported.
