HOXD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGBD4P2, MIR1207, and MIR4698. Each is linked with HOXD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD9-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGBD4P2 grouped by HOXD9-low versus HOXD9-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
