HOXD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, USP17L3, and MBD3L2. Each is linked with HOXD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD8-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by HOXD8-low versus HOXD8-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
