Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM122C, PKN3, and PITX2. Each is linked with HOXD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD4-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM122C grouped by HOXD4-low versus HOXD4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
