HOXD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,182 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP8, MIR6853, and MTCO3P1. Each is linked with HOXD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD10-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBBP8 grouped by HOXD10-low versus HOXD10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
