HOXD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,317 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXD11, HOXD9, and HOXD13. Each is linked with HOXD10 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD10-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXD10 versus HOXD11 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
