The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher HOXD1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HOXD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, SCLC, and SKCM are the cancer types where HOXD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
