HOXD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOXD1_S193, INPP1, and MRPL1. Each is linked with HOXD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXD1 versus HOXD1_S193 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
