HOXD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMH2, OR5P3, and FAM47A. Each is linked with HOXD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 grouped by HOXD1-low versus HOXD1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
