HOXC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E3, RN7SL74P, and RNU1-30P. Each is linked with HOXC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC9-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E3 grouped by HOXC9-low versus HOXC9-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
