HOXC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p21, and Rad50. Each is linked with HOXC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC5-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by HOXC5-low versus HOXC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
