Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,812 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterior/posterior pattern specification, Negative regulation of epithelial cell apoptotic process, and Protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with HOXB8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB8-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB8 results are reported.
