Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,634 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anterior/posterior pattern specification, Positive regulation of striated muscle tissue development, and Positive regulation of muscle organ development. Each is linked with HOXB7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB7-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB7 results are reported.
