Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, OR4K2, and PRORY. Each is linked with HOXB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB7-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB7 results are reported.
