Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNASE1L3. Each is linked with HOXB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB5-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB5 results are reported.
