HOXB13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXB13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB13-associated genes across cancer lineages are REXO1L1P, RN7SKP51, and XRRA1. Each is linked with HOXB13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB13-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REXO1L1P grouped by HOXB13-low versus HOXB13-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
