HOXB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA3, OR1L3, and UCN3. Each is linked with HOXB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB1-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA3 grouped by HOXB1-low versus HOXB1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
