The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HOXA9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HOXA9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where HOXA9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
