The most reproducible HOXA9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic skeletal joint morphogenesis, Regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and Proximal/distal pattern formation. Each is linked with HOXA9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA9-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA9 results are reported.
