HOXA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP188, SNRPFP2, and RNA5SP421. Each is linked with HOXA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA7-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP188 grouped by HOXA7-low versus HOXA7-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
