Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HOXA6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HOXA6 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HOXA6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HOXA6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where HOXA6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
