HOXA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,899 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANP32E, HOXA3_S184, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with HOXA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA6-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA6 versus ANP32E in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
