HOXA6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,706 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN7A, PLK4, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with HOXA6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA6-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA6 versus SCN7A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
