HOXA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,542 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOXA4_S109, CAVIN3, and HOXA3_S184. Each is linked with HOXA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA5-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA5 versus HOXA4_S109 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
