Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC16A8, AHSA1, and EMC9. Each is linked with HOXA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA5-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA5 versus SLC16A8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
