Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RNU6ATAC26P, and TRAJ54. Each is linked with HOXA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA5-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by HOXA5-low versus HOXA5-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
