HOXA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 324 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, OR5B12, and CLDN8. Each is linked with HOXA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA3-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 grouped by HOXA3-low versus HOXA3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
