HOXA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,166 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA11-AS, HOXA13, and HOXA10. Each is linked with HOXA11 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA11 versus HOXA11-AS in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
