HOXA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,959 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LUM, ACTN1, and C1QTNF3. Each is linked with HOXA11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA11 versus LUM in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
