HOXA11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,346 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, TOP3B, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with HOXA11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA11 versus SNRPD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
