HOXA11

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with HOXA11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA11 results are reported.
