Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,417 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic skeletal joint morphogenesis, Embryonic skeletal joint development, and Mesodermal cell fate specification. Each is linked with HOXA11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA11 results are reported.
