HOTAIRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOTAIRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,491 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOTAIRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOXA3_S184, HOXA4_S109, and MRC2. Each is linked with HOTAIRM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOTAIRM1-to-partner and partner-to-HOTAIRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOTAIRM1 versus HOXA3_S184 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOTAIRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOTAIRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
