HORMAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HORMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,517 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HORMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1042P, CRLF3, and SPRTN. Each is linked with HORMAD1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HORMAD1 versus RNU6-1042P in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HORMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HORMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
