HORMAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HORMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,557 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HORMAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CETN3, CIAO2A, and RASSF5. Each is linked with HORMAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HORMAD1 versus CETN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HORMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HORMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
