Across TCGA cell cohorts, HORMAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,081 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HORMAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of homologous chromosome segregation, Meiotic recombination checkpoint signaling, and Response to L-phenylalanine derivative. Each is linked with HORMAD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of homologous chromosome segregation grouped by HORMAD1-low versus HORMAD1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
