HOOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F21, KHDC3L, and OR7A10. Each is linked with HOOK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOOK2-to-partner and partner-to-HOOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F21 grouped by HOOK2-low versus HOOK2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
