HOOK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOOK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1054P, COX15, and TMCO3. Each is linked with HOOK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOOK1-to-partner and partner-to-HOOK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1054P grouped by HOOK1-low versus HOOK1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOOK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOOK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
