HOMEZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOMEZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOMEZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, RNU6-1214P, and RNA5SP485. Each is linked with HOMEZ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOMEZ-to-partner and partner-to-HOMEZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOMEZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOMEZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
